Here are the August 2020 Real Estate Statistics for Edmonton and Greater Area.
Sales are down 13% from July 2020.
But sales are up 20% from August 2019.
The average selling price for all homes is $374,000
This is 1.86% higher than this time last year.
The average selling price for all single family homes is $439,000
This is 1.04% higher than this time last year.
The average selling price for all condominiums is $229,000
This is 2.23% lower than this time last year….Covid being the main reason we have seen this drop.
And the average selling price for all Duplexes and Row Homes is $334,000
Which is 3.48% lower than this time last year….again, Covid!
