Michael Servante

Licensed REALTOR®

I was born in Alberta and have lived in the greater Edmonton area for over 35 years and have been surrounded by the world of Real Estate since 2013.

Before becoming a licensed REALTOR®, I worked as a Consultant in the Residential Development industry with my background being in Construction Management and Landscape Architecture.

As a Real Estate professional with RE/MAX, I am continually learning from the very best the industry has to offer and having a partner who is in the top 10% of all MLS Sales, I believe our skill sets, together, make us an unstoppable force.

There are so many considerations when it comes to choosing a Real Estate professional; you must do your due diligence. Companies don’t hire people without checking their references first: the same can be said when choosing a REALTOR®.

Kathryn – Client Care Specialist

(Unlicensed Assistant)

Kathryn is a self-proclaimed “helper” with over ten years in direct customer-service experience. Kathryn came on to the “Coffee to Keys®” team with an enthusiastic attitude and an ability to fill peoples’ needs, sometimes before they even realize they have them!

Kathryn was born and raised in the Edmonton area but grew up on a rural acreage southeast of the city with her family. Though she lives in the city full-time now, Kat still likes to roll down the windows and drive out to the acreage to see the beautiful, woodsy landscapes that are available just outside of the city.

While attending University, Kat was a part of the University of Alberta’s Varsity Track and Field Program which she Captained during her final season. Even though this is her first endeavour into the world of Real Estate, Kat is no stranger to hard work and knows that every second counts!

These days, you can either find Kat assisting Nichola or you can find her providing hair and makeup services for Weddings and/or Special events. Outside of work, you can find her spending time with family, singing along to any song she knows the words to, playing volleyball, or snuggling her dog. 

This Edmonton based pup graduated top of his class in both obedience and agility training, and spends his free time volunteering as a Welcoming Ambassador at his local Doggie Day Care.

He is always the first one in the office and is responsible for boosting company morale, making sure everyone knows the doorbell rang, and ensuring mandatory walk breaks are always taken. 

Sometimes he shows up to casual Friday, wearing only a tie!

John Carter – Broker RE/MAX River City

John’s role as Broker is a continuation of his involvement as an owner of the brokerage since 2008, and previously as Administration. John is here to offer support to our team and to make sure that we have all our bases covered while helping our clients. And although they do not happen often, John will go to bat for our clients when those tough situations arise.

Anna – Administration Manager

Anna is responsible for support team supervision and thus all facets of Office Administration including transaction conveyancing and accounts. She is in the office Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm to promptly help me deal with any issues with your closings and making sure that my clients money gets where it needs to go, when it needs to get there!

Brandi – Senior Conveyancer

Manages the accurate and timely processing of all my real estate trades and serves as a double check  (not that we need it!!) on all paperwork to protect us both. Brandi also communicates with all lawyers with instructions for payment and processing of all trades to make sure you get to move in or out,  on schedule!
